Terms and Conditions

The card is not transferable for any cash value

All new members will be given a BRONZE membership, all account are reviewed annually and upgraded according to annual spend by the Manager only

All monthly promotions are subject to availability and change without notice at all times and hold no cash value other than as a discount or promotion

Lost or damaged cards will be charged at £15.00 per card

The Registered Card holder must be present at all transactions where the card is used, whether it be for them or someone else.

You must quote your unique member number when calling us or talking to us

We can only accept changes or questions from the registered holder in writing and these changes may take up to 28 days to apply to the account

We are not responsible for the changes to the website and cannot guarantee the validity period of any one offer

All offers are subject to availability and the managers decision is finalAll company rules stand for anyone using the  Card at all times

Damaged ,defaced ,photocopied or false cards will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The manager reserves the right to decline applications and to terminate any current ongoing membership that breaks the terms and conditions stated anywhere in this document.

Written notice will be given stating the termination due to improper use.All offers are subject to the managers approval only

The card remains the property of the Erbanon limited at all times.

The Card can only be used once per visit.

All parts of the record log must be completed/altered every time a change is made in order for that change to be recognised as valid.

It is the members responsibility to ensure this is done by the member of staff involved.In order to comply with current data Protection acts

All membership details are treated as confidential and will not be passed on to anyone or any other company without prior notice by us.

The terms and Conditions read here are subject to review and may change, any member may ask for a copy of these Conditions at any time. 

Cards are only valid for accommodation discounts when used with a standard’Rack Rate’ tariff. 

Company rates or previously discounted rates are not Applicable to the Card Scheme at any time.

The Card can only be used if the card itself is present at the time of booking, the discount will not apply if the card is not present.

We do not allow anyone under 18 years of age to hold a  Card, due to the fact that offers may include alcoholic beverages or similar

All terms and conditions are subject to change

All points received are subject to checking by the manager or a delegated member of staff at all times

Points can only be exchanged for relevant and current offers which will change without notice.

Erbanon Limited is in no way liable for any personal loss or physical damage gained by use of any offer or promotion regardless of date or time.

All offers are subject to the organisers terms and conditions, Erbanon cannot be held liable for any cancellations or changes made by a third party or organiser.

Points collection may alter in its methods without notice to the card member if needed.

All cards are in no way a form of identification or payment at any Erbanon Ltd property or service.

Any member found to be using the card scheme in an illegal or fraudulent manner will have their membership terminated straight away without exception by the manager or delegated staff member.

All cards must be returned on termination or non renewal of membership to a member of Erbanon Limited ,costs will be invoked if this is not completed by the member or ex memberCharges for non return of a card are currently £50.00 per card, any cards returned damaged in any way will be charged at the replacement cost of £15.00 per card.

Some offers may involve extensive travel in which Erbanon Ltd has no liability to the member for any extras such as accommodation or petrol that were paid for in order to get to or from the offers event location.

All extras are not listed on these terms and conditions and it is presumed that any extras of any kind fall under the category of ‘’extras’’.

All events are done outside of Erbanon Ltd unless otherwise stated and have no link to any property owned or run by Erbanon Ltd unless otherwise stated in writing.

Members are advised to check on all aspects of insurances or taxes before attending an event as Erbanon Limited accept no liability for these issues from an external company or location.

Erbanon Ltd will NOT give out any form of insurance or tax relief for any event or offer relating to this card scheme at any time for any person(s)Some external companies may charge supplements or additional charges for their services or events in conjunction with this card scheme .

Erbanon Ltd cannot be held liable for any of these previously un stated charges.All offers are created by the Managing Director of Erbanon Limited at all times and therefore he/she has the final say in how points are redeemed for each individual event or offer.

Erbanon limited will not give any refunds for any offer or event attended by a member and all offers or events are planned and run externally of this company unless otherwise stated in writing .

Certain offers require a minimum of 14-21 days to be processed to allow for postage of tickets or other information and or forms etc from a third party.

All cards have a maximum points limit which is set by Erbanon Ltd. This limit is set without notification to the current card holder named on the card

Cards with maximum points applied to them may be redeemed for a points voucher without notice to the current named member, this voucher will be sent and/or given to the current named member and the card will be reset to zero balance.

All vouchers printed from this scheme are subject to checks by the attending staff member and copies or fraudulent vouchers will not be accepted and will be destroyed.

Any ‘top up’ facility offered is at the card holders own risk and is not the liability of Erbanon Ltd.

Any offers that require posting to the current member will be sent via standard first class post  .

Erbanon Ltd cannot be held liable for non receipt or damaged goods during the delivery process.

All postal items that we send will be sent in Mint condition and it is presumed that all items received by the card holder will be received in this condition.

All card offers, points and events are only applicable to UK Mainland areas unless otherwise stated

Any offers that fall outside the UK Mainland may require additional insurance or taxes which remain the card holders responsibility at all times .

All offers, points for this scheme are not redeemable between December 27th and January 3rd every year unless otherwise stated in writing

Any feedback from a card member is accepted by email or written form only.the correct email address to write to is info@erbanon.com

All points required will only be added to your Card on the day of purchase, and must be accompanied by a valid receipt for that amount

The collection of points is only valid on or after 01.01.07

No previous invoices or receipts to 01.01.07 will be accepted under any circumstances.

Only purchases made from a property belonging to Erbanon Ltd may be cleared for use with this reward scheme.

We cannot accept photo copies or anything less than an original Card for any reason at all at any time.

Any Vouchers received must be original, no copies will be accepted at all or at any time.

All Vouchers are dated and have individual bar codes on them for identification purposesAll vouchers are valid for a maximum of  60 days from the issue date, stated clearly on each one. Without exception.
