How many bedrooms do you have?

We currently have 15 en-suite rooms available in the hotel

Do you offer all the usual extras like tea and coffee in the rooms etc?

Yes, all our rooms have items such as satellite televisions, Deluxe toiletries , hot drinks facilities, free wireless broadband

What room styles do you have?

We offer Single, double, deluxe double, family and twin rooms in the hotel

What are your check in/out times?

Check in is between 14.00-23.00 every day and check out is up to 11am every day

Whats your cancellation policy?

Our current policy requires a 48 hour cancellation period, all cancellations under this time are charged a full room rate covering up to 48 hours from the time of cancellation

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes, we have an ala carte restaurant and a brasserie in house open for residents and external diners every day for lunch and evening service

Where can I see a copy of your menus?

Because our menus are changed to keep in time with seasonal foods and fresh produce, our menus are only available by request at info@thealexandracourt.com

Are you open for lunch?

Yes every day except Saturdays between 12.00 and 14.30pm

Do you offer room service?

Yes, we have a room service menu available everyday between 10.00 – 22.00

Do you offer a loyalty scheme?

Yes we currently have our loyalty card reward scheme, available for free to anyone, it offers cash back on all purchases and a monthly promotion for all members and its FREE to join online or in house

Does your hotel have facilities and access for disabled guests?

Yes, of course, our hotel has widen doors, one level access to all food areas, a guest lift with flat level access, disabled friendly bedrooms.

Do you have fire drills in the mornings?

Our fire drills are carried out after 11am every week, we notify guests at reception of the time and date of our drills in advance

Do you have external facilities?

We have a rear garden and patio area with seating for approx 25 guests and flat level access for disabled guests

Do you have parking?

Yes, the hotel offers limited parking for guests at no cost

We do not allow pets inside the property at any time, with the exception of guide dogs

The entire property is non smoking at all times, we do allow external areas for smokers with heating, shelter and ash bins.
